Good morning :) Boston's millionth monsoon seems to have ended for the time being and I'm gearing up for a busy day today. On the agenda is: long bike ride, attempt to find wedding shoes and car shopping. Can't say I'm too pumped about any of that, but at least it's not going to work, right?
Last night Eric and I went to our favorite tapas place and my usual roasted peppers with the most amazing hummus, but I also got a new special I had never tried before...
Sorry it was a little dark, but that is blackened mahi mahi with a papaya salsa and black bean puree. I feel like this restaurant is my little secret because it's never that busy and yet it's cheap and amazing, what more could you ask for?
In other news, did you catch my post the other day about chia seeds? A lot of you mentioned that you hadn't tried chia seeds but would like to...so I have some good news for you!
