I'm not sure what to say about 2013. It turned out quite a bit differently than I expected and it was not without it's challenges. But, there was a lot of good as well, so here are some of my favorites from the year:
Trips:
York, Maine
Cape Cod
Books:
Exercise:
Sprint Triathlons, SWIMMING (especially outside at Walden Pond) and Prenatal Yoga :)
Things Accomplished:
So much decluttering/organizing
2 Sprint Triathlons
Surviving 2 + trimesters of pregnancy
Tell me a great trip you went on this year, something you accomplished or a favorite book you read :)
A couple of my favorite books this year was Me Before You and A Discovery of Witches!
ReplyDeleteYou had a fantastic year and I know 2014 is going to be amazing with your new little bundle!! :)
You had an amazing year in terms of traveling! I was pretty spoiled this year with traveling too....Ireland, Wales, France, England, Italy and Spain. This year is going to be hard to beat!
ReplyDeleteWow, 2013 was a great year for you, even if it held some challenges and was different than what you imagined. I had forgotten about some of the trips you took - like your DC trip!
ReplyDeleteMy best trip I went on this year was definitely Paris, but I also had great trips to DC, NYC, and the Pittsburgh area as well as several trips home. Something I accomplished that was huge was getting the CFA Charter. My favorite book out of all the books I read was probably And The Mountains Echoed - but it was tough to pick. And Together Tea and End of Your Life Book Club could have made my top 5 list as well!
Happy New Year!
I'd say you did a lot in 2013 considering! 2014 is going to be amazing, I know it!
ReplyDeleteGreat 2013!!
ReplyDeleteHow did you like Divergent? I just finished reading it and have not decided if I want to move to the next one or start reading something else.
hmmm.. favorite trips were probably camping at Higgins lake, overnight trip to ann arbor and our overnight trip to grand rapids. didn't really venture out of Michigan this year besides to Ohio. pretty lame. but thankfully my state has a lot of wonderful things to explore! my favorite book was the almond tree!
ReplyDeleteLove that photo of the two of you on the beach, holding hands. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHands down, the trip of the year was going to Italy. Duh! =D
A great year for you even though it turned out a lot differently than you imagined! My best trip of the year is a tie between Mexico and Chicago - both were awesome but in totally different ways since one was a relaxing beach vacay with Eric and the other was a fun running girls weekend!!
