I also lack any hard wood in our "dorm style life" so I have to make do. I can only imagine what it feels like though for you with the super duper one on the hard wood...ouch...but in a good way ;)Carolinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11920244581918254401noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4030496918044060645.post-80341982430171391442009-10-15T21:23:33.510-04:002009-10-15T21:23:33.510-04:00OMG your foam roller is CRAZY intense! I should probably think about doing it to prevent injuries, and it might ease my sore body after a couple days of running!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02472214840216465822noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4030496918044060645.post-76289817086099573272009-10-05T08:02:20.542-04:002009-10-05T08:02:20.542-04:00hello my fellow bostonian!

Chris and I massage eachother's achy legs, but this would probably work much much better, thanks for the link. Do you think there are any specific moves for cyclists like for runners that you mentioned? Thanks again, I'm going to get that one soon, yay!kristen :)https://www.blogger.com/profile/06697991198536917846noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4030496918044060645.post-2575809970682880092009-10-04T22:10:01.805-04:002009-10-04T22:10:01.805-04:00You've sold me on it!! I think its a great thing that your "knee" problem really has nothing to do with your knee! I would consider that a positive turn out, as knee problems can be so awful, and expensive! I hope the roller works for you. Keep us updated!Gina; The Candid RDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13034788087113648183noreply@blogger.com
