I took everything too seriously and my schedule was always rigid. I can totally see how that would cause heart disease! I've become much more relaxed about things in the last couple years, and that includes exercise. I'm on my 5th or 6th attempt at "starting to run" since January. I've done two 5K's so far (mostly walking, some running intervals) and I'm still at the same spot I was in January.
