I work dow...I need to pack my lunch 4 days a week. I work downtown so I am surrounded by endless food options and it can be really, really tempting. But really unhealthy! So I try to pack lunch 4 times and treat myself to a lunch 1 time a week. <br /><br />I need to wake up without an alarm on 1 day of the weekend. I sleep way way way way better when I don't have to set an alarm for some reason.
